FAIR PLAY & REFUNDS

Integrity, Disputes & Refunds

How LudoPanda handles fair competition, incomplete play, disconnects and refund decisions.

Fair play

  • Use one legitimate player account and do not collude, manipulate results, automate play or exploit bugs.
  • Match, wallet and tournament settlement is based on server-authoritative records.
  • Suspicious activity can be reviewed before a prize, refund or withdrawal is finalized.

Head-to-head refund conditions

  • If neither player makes a move, both entries are refundable.
  • If one player makes no move, both entries are refundable.
  • A match that cannot properly start beyond the configured stuck-start window is refundable; the current standard threshold is 45 seconds.
  • Once both players have made valid moves, normal score-based settlement applies unless a verified technical or integrity issue requires review.

Solo event disconnects

  • Explicit Quit forfeits the active paid attempt immediately.
  • Involuntary disconnects use a reconnect grace period and the last confirmed server checkpoint.
  • Unused joined entries are refunded only when the event settlement rules require it.

Disputes

  • Use Support and include the match, tournament, deposit, withdrawal or transaction reference when available.
  • Support reviews the server record. A client screenshot can help explain the issue but does not override authoritative backend data.
