Who Can Use Competitive Features?

Availability depends on age, country, account status and the specific competition or payment feature.

Minimum requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or meet any higher applicable legal age required for the relevant service in your location.
  • Paid and prize-enabled features are available only in supported markets and only when enabled for that account and event.
  • You must use a valid player account and comply with LudoPanda account, device, KYC and fair-play requirements.

Country and payment availability

  • Payment methods, stablecoin networks, tournament types and cash features can differ by country.
  • The live app configuration shown to the player controls whether a feature is currently available.

Eligibility disputes

  • If your account appears ineligible unexpectedly, contact Support so the team can review the account and current market configuration.
